Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. There is a deadline of 7 days after reception to contact Kayare H of any issues. 


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on purchased items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have any questions. 


Refunds

Customers are entitled to a full refund at any time, if Kayare H is at fault. 

Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-3 business days after your processed purchase for order to be shipped. Kayare H is not responsible for stolen or missing packages once delivery is completed.
